On September 30th last year, we completed our purchase of a five bed HMO in Folkestone, Kent. The property was currently tenanted when we took ownership, so we have had to carefully manage the people living there, whilst carrying out works. One of our goals as a company is to modernise each property we add to our portfolio and improve the standard of living for the people living at our houses.
