Meet Steven

Thank you for visiting our website, SCD Property Solutions, this page will hopefully explain a little about myself and the company.

I was born and raised in Maidstone Kent and currently live here close to family and friends. Kent is a great place to live, known as the 'Garden of England' and is well connected to the major airports and train links.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and keeping Okie, the family dog (cockapoo) busy! My other main passion is sport, either playing or watching, football, golf or cricket. At the weekend, I enjoy being on the golf course when possible.

The essence of SCD Property Solutions is to help Kent landlords, homeowners or clients, within Maidstone, Folkestone, Canterbury and Thanet areas. We can help with property management and to sell your house fast. We endeavour to provide great homes at an affordable price. Our main property focus is high quality, modern family homes (BTL) or co-living homes (HMO). I am very happy to explain this in more depth, just let me know and we can arrange a telephone call.

I have always maintained an interest in property since buying my first home 20 years ago. I continually educate myself to navigate the increasing challenges of being a landlord and owning property. Therefore, I have invested in and joined a 12 month Mastermind (Property Investors Network) programme with Simon Zutshi as my mentor. This has provided me with second to none specialist knowledge and access to a network of professional property investors throughout the UK.

Outside of property, I have a corporate background in IT for 20 years, currently working for a global software company of 35,000 employees. I have always been customer focused and have consulted with global companies, as far as Hong Kong, to help them achieve business value & outcomes.
